The hotel had some positives, like clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff; however, the dining experience was subpar. The location was convenient but noisy, and the extra charge for parking was a letdown.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and comfy, providing everything I needed for a good night's sleep. However, the noise from kids and tour boats on the 17th floor made it difficult to rest peacefully. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a clean facility, but some encounters were marred by rudeness and unhelpfulness. The location was convenient for accessing Clearwater Beach and nearby shops and restaurants, though the lack of privacy due to a busy pavement and boat tours docking could be off-putting. The dining experience was below average, offering only adequate options for a young family, and the facilities, while present, seemed to have taken a hit in quality. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel offered good value for money considering its proximity to the beach and other attractions.
